New Principal hired for St. Joseph Catholic Academy

St. Joseph Catholic Academy in Springfield, Missouri, hired a new principal for the 2022-2023 school year.

Angela Stevens has twenty years of educational experience and nine years of administrative experience.

She has a Masters in Education Administration and an Administration Specialist Degree in Superintendency. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Spanish.

She is a parishioner and has worked with PSR students and their families this past year. 

Angela is currently the Coordinator of Religious Education here at St. Joseph.

The Academy operates on a four-day school week (Tues-Friday), with small class sizes and a total enrollment of around 80 students.
